B is for...

BROOKE
For the past few month I´ve been creating this character. Here a sneak peek of her thoughts.

I don´t know why people always assume that my taste in music is reduced to classic music.  Sure Mozart and Beethoven were cool guys, but hello! Have they ever listened how Maroon 5, Foo Fighters or Pink songs sound when they are played with a Violin? Well it´s freaking awesome! Of course my teacher didn´t understand that; when this morning he said let´s go crazy and do something different for our annual festival concert. I thought finally we were gonna play Kelly Clarkson, but noooo he chose Chopin. C´mon!
Definitely today is one of those days, if you know what I mean. First and yes once and again my old stubborn music teacher smashed my talent. Second my classmates, against all odds we could pick what we wanted to do in P.E. class, and instead of choosing something easy and relaxing like jogging, the stupid girls decided to play volleyball, Hell No!, my hands are too important to be ruined by a ball; so I stayed there in a corner avoiding flying balls for 45 minutes. Then, and the worst, is the kid from the cafeteria who mixed my order again like every Monday. Thanks God the day is almost over and I can visit my tree, I´m heading there right now actually. My perfect giant oak is in the far spot at the central park, next to the lake, where the sun illuminates the water, the air is light and fresh, and the birds are waiting for me to join playing my music.  There, next to my tree I´m free, I can be myself. The fucking world doesn´t exist, just my violin and me.

  5. Ha! And I linked to another blog rather than my own! I'm collecting A to Z blogs I like, rather than participating directly this year. Go ahead and follow the above link to a blog I thought had interest and promise. Or find me:
